1. Returns Eligibility
1.1 Same Day Returns: We accept returns on the same day of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your order upon receiving it, please contact us immediately to initiate the return process. Please note that the returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
1.2 Returns After 2 Days of Shipping: After2 days of shipping, we are unable to accept returns unless there is a defect in the product or an error on our part. We encourage you to thoroughly inspect your order upon delivery to ensure its quality and accuracy.
2. Return Process

2.3 Return Shipment: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address. Please ensure that the returned items are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs of 30 GHS and labelling it.
2.4 Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving the returned items and verifying their condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method either cash or bank transfer, and exchanges will be shipped out promptly.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including custom-printed wristbands that have been personalized according to your specifications. Additionally, any items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be accepted for return.
4. Refund Processing Time
